A mix of ground beef and roast to provide some variety in your freezer.
Contains one beef roast and enough one-pound packages of ground beef to bring the total box weight to at least 10 lbs. Roast selections may include chuck, arm, rump, round, or sirloin tip, depending on availability.
The variety box gives families a practical mix of local beef without the commitment of a larger order. Prepare the ground beef for fast weeknight meals, then save the roast for a slow cooked Sunday dinner or delicious pulled beef sandwiches.
