We are a small first generation family owned and operated cattle farm in Grasston, MN. Nathan and his wife Elisabeth and their 5 children raise the cattle, manage the land, and provide quality beef directly to families throughout Minnesota. We serve communities as far north as Duluth and several south of the twin cities even.

What began with a small herd of Belted Galloway cattle has grown into a working farm and a direct-to-customer beef business. Today, we raise our own cattle and carefully select additional beef animals from regional farms. We work with small Minnesota processors and sell beef by the eighth, quarter, half, or whole—as well as convenient beef boxes when available.

We believe in “giving cattle a fair shake” we use low stress handling, rotational grazing and regenerative practices. We do our best to ensure that our cattle never have a bad day, we’re thoroughly committed to honoring God and our community in the way we treat our land, our cattle and our customers.

We believe buying local beef should be straightforward. You should know what you’re getting, what it will cost, and who to call when you have a question. We aim to be honest about how our cattle are raised and fed, help customers choose the right amount of beef for their household, and make pickup and delivery as simple as possible.

Our farm is still growing. We’re improving our pastures, expanding our cattle facilities, and building a business we hope our children can participate in for generations to come. It isn’t a polished corporate operation—it’s a real family farm, built through long days, careful stewardship, and a commitment to treating people and cattle fairly and honestly.
